Cindy O'Brien, BC-HIS, Owner

Cindy Taylor O’Brien, owner of O’Brien Hearing Center, has over fifteen years of dispensing experience. Cindy is a graduate of Loogootee High School class of 1990. After over 6 years of managing A Hearing Service, she purchased it. The company name was then changed to O’Brien Hearing Center. Cindy’s corporate office is in Washington Indiana. She also has 2 other full-time offices one in Jasper & one in Vincennes.

She continuously updates herself on the latest in hearing aids by attending local, state, & national meetings, conventions, & seminars. She completes 20 to 30 hours of continuing education yearly. Cindy is a current board member of Indiana Hearing Aid Alliance on which she serves as secretary.  She is also a member of the International Hearing Society. She is very familiar with the latest technology & programming in all different kinds of hearing instruments. She is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Cindy resides in Loogootee with her husband, David & daughter, Ashley. She enjoys reading, camping, computers, cooking, and swimming. She loves working with people and enjoys that part of her career immensely.

Donna Dunn, Practice Manager

Donna Dunn joined our company in December 2005, and works primarily at our Washington office.  She is O'Brien Hearing Center's Practice Manager and handles all personnel concerns and issues.  Donna also does all the insurance billing & is also Cindy's corporate secretary.  Donna brings to our company many years of personnel management and customer service experience.  Donna is a 1991 graduate of Loogootee High School.

Donna resides in Loogootee with her husband, Chris, and step-daughter Brooke.  She enjoys working with her sister, Cindy at our Washington office.  The daily challenges of her job which include assisting patients and making minor repairs on several different hearing aid types are very rewarding for Donna.  She enjoys working with the public and assisting others.  Donna is an avid dog lover and her hobbies include reading, sewing, arts & crafts, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Kelly O'Brien, Patient Care Coordinator

Kelly O'Brien joined our company in September 2008.  She works in our Washington office as a Patient Care Coordinator.  Kelly brings to our company many years experience in working with the disabled and the elderly.  She is a licensed Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).  She has been licensed for seven years.

Kelly resides in Loogootee with her husband, Steve.  Kelly has two sons; Steve & Joey, and two grandchildren.  Kelly is Cindy's sister-in-law.  She enjoys working with all the employees of O'Brien Hearing Center, and taking care of our patient's needs.  Kelly always has enjoyed working with people through her career and brings to our company excellent customer service skills.

Her hobbies are horse riding & riding the motorcycle with her husband, Steve.  She enjoys spending time with her family.

Chris Taylor, PCC (Patient Care Coordinator)

Chris Taylor, Cindy O'Brien's nephew, joined our company in May of 2007.  He works primarily out of our Washington office as a Patient Care Coordinator.  Chris is currently a Junior at Vincennes University Jasper Center.  His major is in computer programming, but he is thinking about changing it t o Computer Networking.

Chris resides in Washington.  His hobbies are computers and games.  He enjoys spending time with his grandparents in Shoals.  His mother and step-father reside in Edinburgh.
